Six Claims Used To
Support Women Preachers
The following six claims were suggested to me from various anonymous persons in 1992. I was able to identify one woman preacher who wrote and her questions are so identified. I will respond to the rest on the following pages. These suggestions represent the basic arguments in support of women Priestess in the Old Testament and women preachers in the New Testament:
#1. "If God can use a she-ass, he can use a woman. He can still use Balaam's ass if he sees fit." (Abbott, KY)
#2. "If God can use Philistine bell-cows to tote the Ark of the Covenant, he can use a woman to be a Priestess of the Law. He can use a woman to carry and Preach the Gospel."
#3. "If God can use Miriam, Deborah, Huldah, Noadiah, Anna, Philip's virgin daughters, and Phebe to preach, any woman can Preach."
#4. "Prophecy means exhorting and preaching. When Joel 2:28 was fulfilled on the day of Pentecost, all women present preached that day."
#5. "There is neither male or female (GAL. 3:28) Therefore, men and women are equally qualified to preach."
#6. "Women Preachers are in the foundation of the Church under the heading of a Prophet. A Prophetess is a female Prophet." (Author: the woman who wrote this denied a Prophet was a male Prophetess Looks like a contradiction here?)
Are the above six suggestions valid? Are they true? Were there women priestess in the Tabernacle in the Old Testament? Is there any proof at all in the Old Testament to prove that women in the New Testament may be ordained as Apostles, Elders, and Bishops? Please take your time and enjoy the following material. Currently it is the only book of its kind in the world, outside of the Bible, presenting uncensored evidence that an Apostolic Women is not authorized to preach.
