Pastor Reckert,
RESPECTFULLY:
Ones understanding of scripture and "True Knowledge" are not necessarily the same. I repeat ..."are not necessarily the same". Please bear with me, this is intimately, related to your efforts in refuting amillennialism.(which I agree with much of what you say)
A mere cursory examination of scripture, regarding how one obtains knowledge, will clearly convey the scriputral fact that ALL knowledge comes as direct, "devine" revelation. True scriptural knowledge is independent of ones idiosyncratic "physical" abilities to process information and obtain certainity via logical deduction. As you well know, the Messiah repeatedly spoke of a greater reality than the physical.
1Cor 15:46;First the natural then the spiritual. The body is sown first natural, then it is raised a spiritual body (15:44). The natural body is a flesh body; but your not in the flesh if the Spirit of God dwells in you,YOU ARE IN SPIRIT!(Rom 8:9) Again, YOU ARE IN SPIRIT! Now, respectfully, is your resurrection in the natural or the Spirit? A friend asked me, " If I cut you will you bleed?" I answered yes, but I won't bleed to death! I've been resurrected unto life!
