Florida BusinessesYou can now obtain the professional services of Jack C. Wolff, formerly with the Florida Division of State Lands, Department of Environmental Protection, in obtaining releases of Board of Trustees canal, road, oil/mineral reservations.
I personally know Mr. Wolff. Until this week I did not know he was a lawyer. He was faithful to his employment at the Division of State Lands. I met and talked with him on several occasions in late 90s. He was the man in charge of releasing TIITF deeds and I was searching for a way to get them released from our Church property. He was on the government side and was not at all cooperative with me. He even angered me at times. So, now I am ready to seek friendship on a different level.
I discovered this past week that Mr. Wolff is a licensed attorney admitted to the Florida Bar in 1962. In July 2003 he announced he had left his employment at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and opened up his attorney practice as Jack C. Wolff, P.A. with offices in Tallahassee, Florida. In 2005 he moved his practice to Plant City, Florida.
Mr. Wolff could become the foremost expert witness concerning Murphy Act TIITF deeds in the state of Florida. I believe if he begins to see things from the victim side (the public and property owners) and begins to interpret statute, law, and the Minutes of the Trustees accurately, he will be well worth his professional fees.
No doubt, government entities will attempt to hire his services against property owners, and we certainly hope this will not be the case. Government has abused property owners to long with these TIITF reservations. They are ready to spend big dollars to buy men and line them up against the public. Government uses this big money as dog bait to turn attorneys against property owners. We see this in the case of appraisers who pretend to appraise property for eminent domain takings, when they are bought men who scheme every way possible to bring in a low value to please their government clients.
Mr. Wolff is now feeling his way along to see just where his future money will come from in his new practice. As a citizen and as a Pastor I do indeed "pray" that he does not hire out to the State, Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa or attorneys representing them. I would hate to see him become an adversarial government enemy and become an expert witness against property owners.
A man such as Jack Wolff has the potential of helping property owners, title companies, real estate attorneys, and Florida Business to get these reservations released. These clouds on the title have financially damaged and hurt many thousands. The 66 year old land-grab scheme must STOP!
Since there is an estimated 3 million acres in Florida still encumbered with Murphy Deed reservations, and approximately 1 million Murphy deeds reservations still not released, Mr. Wolff has the only practice in Florida that could offer the right answers and help.
Ok, now that I have said all this, and it is true. It is time for Mr. Wolff to come join the public defense and not take government money to buy him out. Sure, they will try it. Government money is big, and they can buy many men and women with it. I pray Mr. Wolff will show himself a true champion of justice and use his new practice to show he believes in the property rights of Florida citizens.
