The Shameful Valladares Swindle
1993 But Still A Sin
NEVER Made Right

When the government steals private property value and does not make it right, it is a crime.  But because those who are doing this crime are employees of the State, the Counties, and Cities they are allowed to get away with it.

Let a bank teller embezzle $70+ thousand dollars and they will give him 20 years in the slammer.  But government officials and employees can extort $70+ thousand dollars from a property owner and they don't even lose sleep.

This is wrong and I want it fixed. The government will not want it fixed because it will stop their stealing.  But enough is enough.  It is time to stop this injustice.

We are trying to get legislation enacted that will cure this evil in government.  We want to return elected officials and public employees to being good and honest people.  But the enactment of the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund has made criminals out of a lot of people.  They will never be caught because its ok to steal from the public using Murphy Act protection.

I call for all lawyers and title companies in Florida to come to the rescue of the public.  Help stop this sin by enacting legislation that will restore morality to eminent domain proceedings.

Page Two showing how the swindle was pulled off and the Valladares lawyer took his $51,000 fee for handling the deal and fled.

This is only one case of land swindle using the Murphy Act road easements as a club.

It is time this stops.

If this was your mother, your father, who was treated this way what would you do?

I tried to get justice and went to Hillsborough County and they told me to butt out.  They told me they made a deal and Mr. Valladares accepted it and the case was closed.  When I showed them the error in the calculations they smiled and walked off.

I was so mad I could have spit nails.

But a preacher is not supposed to get angry and especially with government officials.

You know these people are bigger and greater then God.

It is time for this to be corrected.

Let me hear from you.
