The Day Of Strong Delusions

"Then shall that wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteosness" (2Thes2:8-12).

Over the 36 years I have stood in the pulpit to declare "Thus saith the Lord." I have met all kinds of people. I could write a book on the different types of mentalities I have had to deal with. The greatest challenge as I survey them all was the ones with delusional minds. These kinds of people have a mind-set like the eight legs of an octopus. Let me see if I can name all 8 legs:

1.) disorganized thinking (scatter brain rationality);
2.) imaginations that replace reality (thinking not based upon what is real);
3.) refusal to accept being wrong (rebellious spirit);
4.) mental confusion (inability to see the truth or facts of things);
5.) thought disorder (a form of schizophrenia);
6.) paranoia (irrational anxiety and fear);
7.) pessimistic (always seeing the dark side of things);
8.) delusional beliefs (the mind is controlled by  things not true).

The background of those with these 8 legs of confusion is what I have found interesting. Nearly all of them had a history of some form of abuse in early or subsequent years. They developed a strong imagination to cover up what they experienced. They try to overcome by pretending their abuse did not happen or was not as bad as it was.  Most of the females have suffered sexual or spouse abuse. In some cases they were throw-aways as a child and lived with relatives or in foster homes, there also abused. In all of these situations they drifted into a withdrawn life style. They become independent.  Love and caring cannot reach some of them. They will claim these affections are control mechanisms which they see as dangerous. Among some females I noticed a strange phenomena, they always seemed to pick men who were abusive or whom they accused of being abusive. They develop a wall around their mind that few can penetrate. Some have hallucinations and dreams, even dream like thoughts which they take to be real. It is a form of dementia. If a few cases the person was a drug user and in some alcoholic. Some were given to fornication and the females to prostitution. One case in point was a woman who claimed she had over 500 different acts of fornication a year and the most of it was prostitution.  The personality and spiritual problems she had made her an unfriendly, introverted, and a disconnected person. She could not fit in any where in the church and so sat by herself. Soon as service was over she was quickly out the door. She could not mingle and fellowship with others especially other females. She showed excessive friendliness toward men and any act of kindness toward her she took to be flirting. While I can testify of what I have seen and experienced, I can say also few of these kinds of people ever stay in Church long. They twist and pervert things and make lies where they are not needed. They cannot be counted on with any assignment. They are quickly angered and quit church for months at a time. Eventually all of them to one degree or another will begin developing their own religion built around their own interpretations of events and Scripture. Some will boldly profess they have need of no man to tell them what to do. Another phenomena I have observed among women with these 8 legs of confusion is they often drift together and find a person to pal with or be best friends who also has the 8 legs of confusion. They tend to gravitate together in an unnatural support type relationship where they give each other advice and live in their closed society. They will not join a Church family for long and become subjected to a Man of God.  Rebellion sets in as the Pastor is subtly viewed in the role of a former husband or abuser. The end of these kinds of individuals is total and complete apostasy and insanity. To cope and survive they must be put on pills and other medicines to control their behaviour.

I have always considered those whom I could not help to either be a case for a doctor to figure out, or ones that God may have sent a strong delusion. Do not get me wrong, as a Pastor I have prayed for these kinds of people and most do not want deliverance because they would never admit or confess they had mental problems. Herein is the shame. Those that could get healing reject it and those whom God has sent a strong delusion are beyond the hope of salvation.

I have been preaching several years that we are in a war for the mind. I have instructed all of my members and those to whom I have ministered to anoint their head and pray for their mind. We have Scripture after Scripture that warns about being deceived. I have preached strongly that imagination is deceiving one's self. That the imagination is the greatest liar of all. That if we believe and follow our own imagination we are following our own lying spirit. That is why we are told to cast down strong imaginations. To imagine something to be true when it is not is delusional. We cannot take these delusional warnings lightly. If our mind has not been sanctified and in control of God, we will all come to believe perversions, twists, and outright corruption of the right ways of God. Nothing holy or pure will be safe in the hands of those who have one or more of the 8 problem areas mentioned above. I can write about these things because I am not deceived. I can put them in perspective because I am endued by the Holy Spirit to see these things. I am a Man of God who has stood the challenges of 36 years of spiritual war. I am qualified to speak on the matter of strong delusions because God has anointed me to do so.

First, this text of Scriptures have an endtime setting and deals with the antichrist and those in and out of the Church. Second, the devil will do all sorts of miracles to deceive many to follow him. Third, at the same time Truth will come forth by Men of God called for such as time as this. But, many will not receive the Truth because they also are appointed for such a time as this. Why is this so? Because these will already have in their minds their own ideas, theories, and beliefs. They refuse to be corrected. These cannot love the Truth nor will they love the men who have devoted their lives for truth over many years. Over the past 36 years I have witnessed men and women whose errors of doctrine and beliefs could not be corrected. I always tested these people in simple ways  to see if they will rebel. Rebellion brings out the true nature of a person. I will present them with a Truth and tell them their beliefs are false, perverted, and a twists of facts. I wait for the response. When rebellion swells up and I receive a false accusation back I know I am dealing with a delusional mind.

Now just what is a delusional mind? Last time I check on this it is a psychotic mind. It is a mind that  has borderline insanity. Many people live on this edge of imagination-reality for years. They live in two worlds. In one their imagination rules their thinking and in the other they have part-time rationality. They are in fact double-minded. They are indeed unstable in all their ways: church, home, family, husband or wife, employee, and or friend. They are never dependable and always subject to change in a moment. Most are bipolar. What triggers these people to switch from one nature to the other? Usually it is a challenge to accept something being true they refuse to accept. When in their part-time rational mind they can grasp things but if something opposes what their imagination has deceived them about, they will switch to their imagination self and fight reality. This mental war is so terrible at times it is disabling.  Many cannot work on jobs where they must work with other people who always try to correct their wrong thinking, and they cannot stand it. They take this as a form of persecution or mistreatment. They withdraw into a world of self and fellowship a few others who do not challenge their disability.

Having a psychotic problem is what will happen in the endtime. I am careful to observe those with this problem because I do not want to see them lost. I do not challenge them one on one, but I do challenge them in my preaching when I must declare what God gives me to teach and preach. I will not compromise or alter my message because I know it might cause some to be angry and or some to switch to one of their alter-egos.  I have had crazy people to sit and smirk at me when I was given words by the Holy Spirit for they and others. Their grins and smiles were acts of defiance as if saying, I got what you are saying but I am not changing I am happy as I am. I see psychotic behavior all about me. I can read them like walking into a psychic ward. They grin to themselves at the wrong times for the wrong reasons while their eyes have a glassy stare. One of the games they play is that of a victim. I observed this while visiting a psychic ward: "they are looking at me; they are gonna hurt me; they makes me afraid; make them go away; I don't want them here; I'm gonna scream. Then switch in an instant: "will you help me?; I'm not crazy please get me out of here; will you get me some candy; I don't have any shoes, will you buy me some; can you sit with me, I am afraid and lonely; and so forth. When a person wants sympathy as a victim it is important to understand they could be displaying a mental condition even if they appear rational and of a sound mind. People have a reason to paint themselves as a victim. They want sympathy for them and they want us to oppose whatever they say has caused their being a victim. Many who had personal problems along this line try to act the victim: "I tried to tell the Pastor but he refused to listen to me. I don't know why he treats me the way he does." "I don't know why he is treating me this way, I haven't done anything wrong." And words like these: "The Pastor will not accept the revelations I got from Jesus and the Holy Spirit, he thinks he is an end-all know it all." Or another one: "The Pastor is the one being deceived by the devil, it is not me, I know what I know is right." All designed to obtain sympathy and stir up opposition against the Man of God."

When dealing with a psychotic mind the Pastor can never win. The delusional mind will use all 8 legs of the octopus to keep turmoil and confusion going. But here is the danger: they like to draw weak ones into their web of delusional thinking. I have lost members over the years from these kinds of church trouble makers. They have a strong delusion and are very good to show the Pastor who is for him and against him, because the delusional ones will target those they can lead astray. Those whom they can lead astray never were sent there by God to help the Pastor or to be a strength to other members of the Church family.

Today those with psychotic issues will be in the Church seeking others with kindred spirits. They will go from Church to Church like a spirit that cannot find rest. They cannot stay long in one place. They cannot be Pastored because they refuse to be submissive to authority. They are constantly on the move or they are in no Church at all. I warn all in the Body of Christ: if you take a stand against a Pastor based upon the words of a Church hopper and you allow yourself to be deceived, you also may become a victim of their strong psychotic delusions. One of the things they will do is get you to quit church with them as they hop to the next. They will expect you to hop to where they hop and begin their control techniques. Don't hop where they hop and you will find them trying to use different schemes of control. These spirits are transferred one to another when a welcome portal is opened.

I have experienced psychotic behavior from rebellious members in the Church, from backsliders, from professed witches, and from both men and women. I have had people seek me out to ply their tricks to catch me off guard so they can accuse me of some sin or error in doctrine. I call these the "gotcha" club. Even when they find no error or wrong they will invent them: born in the mind of a person who has rejected counseling and Truth. Usually the accusations are supported by the ideas and theories of the delusional individual. No, I am not the one deceived and having psychotic issues. I have a record of stability in doctrine, faith, practice, conduct, and order. I have a legacy of faithfulness. I have a history of accomplishments. I am a man of compassion for souls but refuse to allow those with delusional minds to turn me aside into vain jangling.  I can see the plans of the enemy. I have been warning the Church about those who will come in that they cannot go through tribulation with us because just one disagreement with them, and they will turn us in to the police and finger us as people who refuse to take the mark of the beast. A delusional mind will be behind the endtime betrayal of family, friends, sons, daughters, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, pastors, and church members. Those with delusional minds will accuse us of being a cult to gain sympathy from antichrist. These kinds of people show their delusions first and it is best if they cannot be healed and set free to let them go at first sign of rebellion before they hurt others in the Church. All these can do in their early departure from the Church is destroy others who may be influenced by a delusional mind. The elect will not be deceived. They will remain under a seasoned and holy Man of God. They will not follow self-called women who deem themselves sent by God, nor self-ordained men who deem themselves to be special ministers and prophets.

I see a generation of delusional and psychotic people. I will pray for them if I believe they are not ones God has given over to a reprobate mind. Those whom I cannot help I will let go to their own way, especially those who mock, ridicule, and blaspheme against the Truth,

Kinds of  dangerous minds:

1.) the reprobate mind (Romans 1:28);
2.) vain mind (Eph 4:17);

3.) fleshly mind (Col 2:18);
4.) corrupt mind (2Tim 3:8);
5.) defiled mind (Titus 1:15);
6.) antichrist mind (Rev 17:13).

Beware of endtime strong delusions:

Having these many years observed the delusions taking over the world, I must mention the psychotic dangers of religious liberalism. I must also mention body control via several methods of mind control and manipulation being used by social programers preparing the nations for the arrival of the antichrist. I cannot fail to point my finger at Hollywood, ungodly television programs, satanic video games, erratic and wild music that induces insanity and abusive behavior, of drugs used to alter the mind and body, to new technology that will penetrate the mind via the eye and ears which will make people instantly idiots. We have witnessed thousands die with flashes of light beamed at them from television sets and laser devices. It is reported we are being bombarded from space with sounds we cannot hear but are causing loss of presence of mind (gaps of awareness) and in some cases total loss of the mind. The powers of darkness and of the air are advancing. This is no time to play Church or have unstable minds. It is a time that demands caution and circumspect. It is no time to follow every spirit and every person who comes against the endtime Men of God and the Church. It is time to draw together, to join together, so much the more as we see the days of the end approaching.

If you are a person who has suffered mental problems there is hope for you. Do not take a life time of problems and expect a Man of God to have a cure for you other then Jesus and the Holy Spirit. He can listen to your history and offer advice and counsel. He can pray spirits and demons off of you. He can assure you of God's help if you will be humble and not self-righteous of mind. Over time his messages will contain God's special word of knowledge and wisdom for you. Do not reject them or toss them over your shoulder to the person behind. You can in time overcome every hurt and scar of the past. You can have happiness and joy restored. One thing is important, it is you who must say "no more" to the past. It is you who must shut the door. It is you who must turn from those things behind and press to those things before you. You will need friends and you will need a Pastor who loves you. Do not pal with those who live in the past, whose minds are controlled by their own hurts and scars. Stay away from pity-me parties. These will be a discouragment to you and make you lapse back into hopelessness. Seek those who are not bound by their past and whose conversation in faith shows a pattern of good works not a life of empty words. Avoid those who try to get close to you to pry into your past life. Once you bury that in the waters of sanctification let it remain buried. Watch out for the grave goons who want to know your past and for you to dig it up from the baptismal grave and disclose it to them.  Seal the past by the Blood of Jesus and step into a day of new creation. Save your own soul and do not allow your mind ever again to fall into the hands of the tormenters.

God's men of the endtime are called for such a time as this.
